Our Program
It's LAX time at Community Lacrosse! The program will provide the up-and-coming athlete with an introduction to the basic skills and stick-work needed to progress within the sport. The program is designed to introduce players to the basics of lacrosse through rule instruction, skills/drills training and scrimmages that focus on scooping, carrying, cradling, passing and shooting. The skills learned at Community Lacrosse will translate to lacrosse league-play as well as many other athletic activities.
